We value a $30 job just as much as a $300 job. A satisfied customer is what we're looking for, not the "Big Sale". We only sell you what you need. A non commissioned based muffler shop is the nicest policy we could have for our customers, and also our employees. We have old car parts, new car parts, and everything in between. In fact our accountants every year tell me to trim our inventory. Our thought on this is: you can't sell from an empty shelf.Also the bank doesn't give you much interest these days, so it's better to put away money toward inventory. This means we have, on our shelf, the parts we need to fix your car. This is one of the main reasons we can have you fixed, finished and on your way in less than 30 minutes. Designed and maintained by PF Systems, it allows us the freedom to take care of business instead of being burdened and slowed down with paper work and cumbersome processes. We have pipe benders, mig welders, stainless mig welders, plasma cutters, portable expanders, and sawzalls, chopsaws, etc. etc. When all the tools are available to you the job can be done more efficiently and more professionally. We don't have layers of management that play golf, or vacation, more than they work. Everybody from the top down works, installs, contributes. This not only makes for a healthy unique organization, it lowers our overall costs.
